• Develop a Production Plan that is model-wise and aligns with market demand.
• Share the production plan with relevant departments via email to ensure that everyone is aware of the production schedule and targets.
• Verify material requisition and ensure that materials are issued from the warehouse to the production lines according to the daily production plan.
• Communicate production targets with supervisors and display them on the final packing line system to ensure that everyone is aware of the production schedule and targets.
• Daily check attendance status and ensure that labor is effectively distributed among stations.
• Verify attendance data and present it to management, and share absent and leave reports with H.R.
• Monitor hourly efficiency of key stations, update and share station-wise monthly efficiency reports to identify areas for improvement and to track progress.
• Control UPPH to meet standards and ensure that the production process is efficient and cost-effective.
• Monitor daily import and local material stock to ensure that production is not delayed due to lack of materials.
• Monitor the Repairing unit\'s data and complete rework according to SOPs, verify scrap reports and prepare material shortage and damaged reports.

• Monitor ODM/OEM production and conduct physical inventory with the help of the material team, and analyze inventory data to prepare monthly reports.
• Prepare and present factory progress reports to management to keep them informed of the status of production.
• Implement ISO-9001:2015 and assist in external audits, control documents and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
TECHNICAL ENGINEER
THERMOFORMING MACHINE
• Check machine parameters before production start.
• Maintain SOP for THERMOFORMING machines.
• Address liner problems and machine rejections.
• Implement SMED system.
• Train new operators on THERMOFORMING machines.
DOOR FOAMING MACHINE
• Monitor door manufacturing and operator performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
CABINET FOAMING MACHINE
• Monitor foaming process parameters and material usage.
• Calibrate molds weekly and adjust size/depth after installation.
• Check H.P parameters and foaming sample reports regularly.
• Monitor mold temperature and maintain records.
