I have done double masters, M.Sc Sociology from University of the Punjab, Lahore with 3.29 CGPA and MBA from Virtual University of Pakistan, Lahore.
I possess 8 years of work experience in the development sector in fields of Project Management, Coordination, M&E, Reporting, Trainings, Admin/HR and Finance.
I initiated my career with PRSP as Executive Monitoring Evaluation & Reporting, where I collected baseline data, prepared periodic reports, field events, success stories, interesting developments and impact of projects interventions. I developed coordination of Programme dissemination/promotion among private/public sector entities, NGOs and donors. I maintained liaison with the Govt. departments and other outside entities to reinforce overall transparency and governance in the project.
I worked with NRDP as HR/Admin & Finance Officer where Is responsible to ensure the general discipline of office, adoption and /or application of prudent administrative procedures to conserve NRDP operational resources-resulting in reduction of expenses, elimination of abuse, waste and increasing efficiency and cost effectiveness, manage motor pool and ensure regular maintenance of vehicles, make lodging, boarding, transportation and other logistical arrangements for visitors to NRDP meetings, functions and events.
While working with CCF-Pakistan as Assistant Program Manager, I ensured all kinds of official correspondence with funding partners, submission of periodic reports and compilation of minutes for all kinds of meetings. Is also responsible to take part in seminars, workshops, conferences, zakat campaigns, monitoring & evaluation, to identify strengths and weaknesses/key issues/grey areas of all projects.
Currently, Im working with Rural Aid Pakistan as Project Coordinator, where Im leading the team of 300+ Volunteers (for enrollment & retention of OOSC) and 10 Mohalla Committees constituted under ILMPossible project.
 Presently, I’m working in project namely “ILMPOSSIBLE: Take A Child to School” as “Project Coordinator” with Rural Aid Pakistan, Regional Office, Sahiwal,  where I’m leading the team of 250+ Volunteers (for enrollment & retention of OOSC) and 10 Mohalla Committees constituted under ILMPossible project (for minimization of missing facilities of govt schools). I’m responsible to maintain overall administration, finance and coordination of Regional Office, Sahiwal.
