Supporting the CP Supervisor in the identification of child protection issues and trends and communicating these in a timely manner and with utmost respect for confidentiality and dignity concerns.
Ensuring that timely and appropriate action is taken to mitigate child protection risks.
Make sure that child safeguarding considerations are systematically taken into account in activity planning and implementation. Raises through appropriate channels of communication any child protection and child safeguarding concern that arises during the project period.
Work with field staff, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure that district-level coordination with relevant government line departments is established (through an MOU) during the project start-up phase.
Ensuring participation of children and youth, parents, and the community in order to promote understanding and acceptance of CP activities.
Promotes awareness of CP issues within the community and disseminates means to raise concerns and feedback.
Working collaboratively with case workers and other CP staff. Ensuring that all interventions are in line with the IRC strategy and CP Minimum Standards.
With the support from technical coordinators, providing technical guidance and project implementation guidance to field staff for CP interventions.
Promptly identify and recommend solutions to technical issues with supporting IPC.

Collaborate in the planning, selection of participants, Training Needs Assessment (TNA), and ensure the delivery of health and nutrition-related trainings as part of project implementation.
Conduct assessments to identify capacity-building needs and establish technical areas requiring training and on-the-job support among the team.
Standardize project Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) material for Health & Nutrition.
Contribute to the revision of monitoring and program tools in collaboration with your line Manager. Provide training to staff and volunteers on the new tools and procedures.
Promote program integration with Health, Nutrion Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL), Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), and other cross-cutting issues.
Liaise with relevant departments for coordination, documentation, and sharing of information to enhance program effectiveness.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

This includes coordinating with field staff and partners to ensure the program's success.
Providing technical support and training will provide technical support and training to field staff and partners on various aspects of cash transfer programs. This includes client identification, data management, cash transfer mechanisms, and the cash distribution process. Expertise will contribute to building the capacity of our team and partners.
Verifying and submitting data will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of data collected during the cash transfer programs. This involves maintaining complete records and submitting the data to the finance section for further processing.
Collaboration and coordination will collaborate with program staff, finance staff, and external partners to ensure the smooth implementation of cash-based assistance programs. This includes regular communication, coordination meetings, and addressing any issues that arise during the program's implementation.
Monitoring and evaluation will monitor and evaluate the impact of cash-based assistance programs on beneficiaries. This includes assessing the effectiveness of the programs, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to enhance the program's impact.
