Finance:
• Prepare quarterly, bi annually and annually financial statement of company
• Prepare Reports for Donor and Management on monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Basis.
• Preparation of BVA statements of various projects funded by different National and international Donor agencies
• Préparation of the annual budget in consultation with CEO and senior management
• prepare financial projections and budgets for different projects
• Prepare cash flow statement of different projects as well as company
• Review and submission of monthly forecasts of all branches for transfer of funds
• E-filling of weekly, monthly and annual income tax return of Company and response to notices of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)
• Prepare bank reconciliation statement of foreign currency accounts and also account for the impact of foreign exchange gain/loss of different grants
• Ensure completeness of accounting transactions with accuracy
• Determine KPIs for branch accountants .
• Supervise finance team and provide guidance as and when required.
• Physical vérification of fixed assets and cross verify with fixed assest register
Audit:
• Conduct the audit of branches to ensure implementation of internal control, Value for money and implementation of financial policies and submission report to committee
• Verification of the expenses in person of branch offices
• Leading the assignment of project audit conducted by different donor or QCR rated Firm
• Leasing the assignment of statutory Audit of Company
• Present audited financial statement to Board of Trustees in Annual general meeting for approval and issuance
Compliance:
• Comply with the regulatory requirement of different stakeholder and Govt agencies e.g. EAD, FBR, Societies office, Punjab Charity Commission and Pakistan centre for Philanthropy (PCP)
• Liasoning with bank for provision of updated statuary documents periodically
• Perform due diligence and capacity building of downstream partner as per donor guidelines
• Review and update the policy manual periodically
• Compliance with contract of of project grants funded by different donor agencies
• Implementation and monitoring of internal controls and its improvement
• Establish and develop relations with, external Partner and stakeholder.
Operations:
• Assist the Director Operations in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
• Assisting in devising the strategy for procurement of inventory and supplies
• Assist in preparing the annual procirement plan for company as well as different project
• Monitoring and tracking operating costs, budgets, and resources
• Provide guidance to team as and when required
