Currently working as Assistant Director Field Operations with Primary Secondary Health Department,Aaghosh with Health, Bunyad with Education and Khud Mukhtar(Economic inclusion) Lively hood programs in District Layyah. Before this worked as District Health Communication and Support Officer (DHCSO) under UNICEF (ComNet-Project) along with special focuses on disadvantages areas to ensure better services and doing work for EPI vaccination need creation ,SBC through Community engagement,ACSM,EPI Synergy, Vaccine management,training,Data analysis comprehensive tools managed for risk communication , trend analysis , situational analysis., government support at emergency during covid-19.Mental health psycho social support, Monitoring and evaluation, community trust building, inclusions of community. Research, development and data mining for policy. More than 8 Research publication where as all available at Google scholar also work with the domain of SDGs and have many more successful stories, Gender development, LGBTQ and women empowerment, Social mobilization, Social protection , Social policy , Ehsass and BISP Survey , equality and equity, project management and event management. Purposal writing and win 2 projects for NKWO NGO Partner's management, mapping and work for community engagement.
