My responsibilities are to Managing the administrative affairs of the company. I am currently Managing/leading team of professionals for accomplishment of the company’s objectives. I am capable of managing diversified portfolio of about 200 active Insolvency and accountancy cases/clients, reporting directly to directors of the company.
I am responsible for ensuring compliance with the statutory reporting deadlines of all cases/clients. My responsibilities also include the following:
• Devising case strategy in consultation with director to ensure effective management of each case/client.
• Keeping the professional team updated with the development in accounting and insolvency rules/regulations
through training sessions conducted by external consultants.
• Ensuring implementation of instructions and compliance of the directives of the director.
• Liaison with stakeholders in the UK, the HM Revenue & Customs, Solicitors etc.
