I have master degree in M. Sc. (Hons.) Agricultural Extension and Communication from PMAS- Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi under Registration number 06-arid-106 with CGPA3.3/4. I have good academics and have 1st division throughout in my education career.
I have been involved in research work on Farmer field School in Cotton growing areas. I have also my expertise in Transfer Technology especially in genetically modified crops, fruits and vegetables. I offered my services in NRSP Micro Finance Bank as a Research Associate. I have been involved in Suncrop Pesticides as a Technical Sales Officer. I did Project on Food and Nutrition Security through NGO Doaba Foundation as an Agriculture Facilitator.
I am interested to do job in a Competitive and most prestigious organization and hence applying in this organization as it would provide me an opportunity to utilize all of my potentials by complementing my knowledge with practical experience of the professional life.

FES Facilitator
• To Mobilization and organized small holder farmers.
• To discuss small holder farmers problems, issues, get solution from them and make strategy to reduce the issues.
• To facilitate small holder farmers in awareness raising through sessions, seminars, exposure, practical demonstration, technically capacity building, different days observation and meeting with relevant departments. Improvement in Socio-Economic condition through economic activities.
• To identify community FES Facilitator who will be the responsible to attend the session and further to deliver the session to others community members.
• To deliver the session and practical demonstration with good communication, group management, adult learning and teaching skills.
• To deliver the sessions with easily explain technical topics in easy ways by different role plays and non-verbal communication.
• To work with good relationship with community members and also with different NGOs, INGOs, private organization and local relevant line departments.
• To facilitate the resource person in delivering and interpreting the topics in local language to the participants (when required).
• To ensure that all lesson and practical work have been completed according to plan.
• To ensure all practical demonstration materials, and encourage all participant for their active participation.
• To support and monitoring of FES participants in delivering session at community level.
• To record best practices, pictures, develop case studies, share different extension messages regarding crops, livestock & poultry management (e.g. posters, picture messages, wall chalking etc.).
• To prepare reports like, every session, weekly, monthly, exposure, seminars, meetings and to submit line mangers.
• To keep close coordination with Agriculture officer in office and Concern Program officer/Agriculture officer for technical support and feedback
