In Cash for work activity to monitored registered beneficiaries who registered in to repair irrigation channels, culvert & water course, others in village development work to repair boundery walls, Full house rebuild, kitchen repairs,shops, pathways & mosques etc, to check their he/she work quality of theor own house in labour's work, to bounded them every day work for six hours & to maintenance their attendence,& told them about as per day that amount according to project pollicy will be given them.
In cash grant to monitored beneficiaries who registered in small enterprise, Home base business to collected bill of shops item & grocery& in Livestock to collected recipet of Livestock of animal market when they got 1st trech. Then it submitted & reported then 2nd trench received them. so in this way they reopened their flood efftect business to make community independent & empowerment, then to make their case studies, success full stories & what will be changed in their life & environmental after the intervention of organization.
In CPI community physical infrastructure to made village bricks streets pavements, their pathways, latrines construction & handpump installation.also Labours selected from community some were very skilled & some were unskilled to repair their culvertswater also to check work quality, labours attendence & to keep & maintenance record of material as a material Quotion & BOQ. In Handpump installation 1st of water quality checked by water check quality officer then Handpump installation was started I Assist in conducting needs assessment / base line / surveys for data collection in the defined project areas

To Assist in identification & prioritization of most vulnerable / marginalized villages through PRA tools.

To Assist in initial contacts & programme introduction of project in the targeted village

To Assist CDO to Formation, revitalization, strengthening different groups at community level.

To Assist the CDO/POs in signing term of partnership (TOP) with committees (COs/ VOs / LSO).

Identification & prioritization of the most pressing needs of the communities through PRA tools (issues prioritization).

Conduct regular meetings with communities for raising awareness about their entitlement i.e. social, economic & rights.Facilitate & support other sectoral leads at ground in need identification / prioritization & verification of the project interventions / activities.
Close coordination with CDO/SPO and relevant stake holders working in the project targeted areas.
Support Hygiene Promoters to conduct community awareness sessions i.e. (health and hygiene) and organize various training sessions / workshops / Campaigns / Special Events for the members of local community.
Regular follow up and monitoring of project activities & timely reporting of identified gaps with best possible solutions.

Establish a monitoring and evaluation framework in line with the policies of the Project Swhich also correspond to an agreement with the donor for the project.
 Identify appropriate M&E methodologies for objective-specific M&E activities.
 Support the development and facilitate the implementation of data and knowledge management tools for the entire project. This will include leading the data collection as well.
 Lead the Baseline data collection exercise at the project initiation in the project area(s). Also takes responsibility for end-line surveys & any evaluations planned.
Conduct regular field visits, in coordination with field staff, to assess project impact and collect feedback from relevant stakeholders.

Random visit to the field to assess if the beneficiary selection fulfils the criteria established.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and Field visit reports considering field visits findings.
