Assist the Regional Academic Coordinator (RAC) in providing programming support.
Assist in compilation, collection, and timely submission of MIS report.
Programme Updates (PU); obtaining and compiling reports of all the programs in the region.
Assist in program planning, preparation of various program proposals, surveys, writing letters, and announcements.
Monitoring & Evaluation of all programs/training and reporting to the Regional Academic Coordinator (RAC) and Academic lead (AL). 

Mapping and documentation of organizations currently involved in DRF-related activities.
Listing of public and non-public entities
Exploring DRF projects through websites / structured questionnaires using google forms/survey monkey / KOBO tools / ODK tools etc.
Data compilation, analysis, and reporting

§  To assist in developing proposals on financial inclusion and climate change, I have conducted literature reviews and desk reviews.
§  Draft policy briefs on topics related to green urban development, Environmental Catastrophes, and women\'s vulnerabilities in Pakistan
§  Draft blog on green urban planning in Pakistan
§  To present research findings, I assist in preparing infographics for various blogs and policy briefs.
§  Draft reports and transcribes recommendations of the experts during a webinar on “Small Medium Enterprises Development Authority”.

§  Assist in organizing events and seminars/webinars. 

§  Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
§  Controlling & verifying Account payables (Project payments, Employee’s loan & final dues daily).
§  Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
§  Prepare Invoices for the work done.
§  Payment against purchases made by different ongoing projects.
§  Managing all administrative activities as head of the Admin department.
§  Identifies responsibilities to be performed and divides them into departments or divisions to maximize business efficiency and productivity in a relatively short period.
§  Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
§  Identify training and development opportunities.
§  Monitor daily attendance.

§  Investigate and understand the causes of staff absences.

§  Creating linkages with the Economics department with Nongovernment organizations in Pakistan to collaborate on research.
§  Assist professors and lecturers in classroom management and examination management including invigilation during exams.
§  Assist professors to analyze research data by using statistical tools.

§  Mapping national and International experts in economics work to and further collaborate for the research.

§  Physically travel to residents\' homes to interview them.
§  Explain the objectives of surveys and their procedures to people who are to be interviewed.
§  Interpret interview questions to assist people in understanding them and providing fluent answers.
§  Assist people in filling out survey forms and explaining questions on survey forms
§  Double-check information on survey forms or information pads to ensure the accuracy of information.
§  Identify and report any issues that may arise while attempting to obtain valid data.
§  Ensure that repeat visits are performed in case a family member is not present in the first instance.

§  Compile reports of information derived from survey activities and ensures that they examine by the supervisor.
