1.To track technical and financial reporting milestones established for all externally-funded donor agreements and ensure that they are flagged with sufficient time to enable the corresponding reports to be prepared and submitted on a timely basis.
To prepare technical reports by liaising with both the data and monitoring-and-evaluation departments to obtain information that enables to determine and communicate the level of achievement attained against expected outputs for all donor agreements.
3.To prepare technical reports by liaising with the Finance department to obtain information that enables to determine the rate of implementation of planned activities corresponding to all donor agreements.
4.To prepare project proposals to donors by seeking and obtaining from the relevant technical and administrative departments any factual details and/or documentation that may be required on project activities
5.Become completely familiar with all donor agreements, so as to be able to determine whether expenditures being charged for activities are consistent with what has been agreed.
To organize and coordinate for donor meetings by: coordinating with the relevant in-house actors and external partners to ensure their participation
7.To perform regular tracking and updating of the polio programmes budget by liaising with the relevant technical and administrative units to obtain information that enables to determine the requirements for the different facets of its activities.
8.Assist to the regular tracking and updating of the polio programmes expenditures by liaising with the finance department to obtain information on encumbrances and expenditures relevant to the different facets of its activities.
9.To work on identification of cash gaps by liaising with the finance department to obtain information on the level of funding available for the different facets of the polio programmes activities.
10.To prepare correspondence for partners and local donor agencies.
