Job Descriptions:
·         Maintain admission/withdrawal record and keep up-to-date record of all Institutions.
·         Keep the student strength, data in computer and nominal rolls etc.
·         Ensure that names of defaulters are struck off the roll.
·         Ensure proper maintain of record in store.
·         Be responsible for registration of mail in inward diary and dispatch book.
·         Putt up all mail to respective officers and responsible for mail record.
·         Assist seniors for smooth running of the office.
·         Act as A/Superintendent during his absence/leave.
·         Maintain the postage account.
·         Ensure the statistical data is kept up to date.
Perform any other duty assigned by the superiors. 

Job Descriptions:
·         Manage Computer lab & all IT Equipment’s.
·         Arrange typing, printing, correction and safe custody of question papers.
·         Ensure complete secrecy in handling of question papers and       preparation of results.
·         Have a close liaison with Principal and Vice Principal for all academic Purposes.
·         Assist in interlinking of computers and devices in Lab.
