Completed the left over commissioning of used BAF plant by Chinese during the pandemic covid-19.
Made improvements in BAF plant by changing the manual equipment with automatic equipment and utilities supplies control system install in existing annealing software with the help of electrical and instrument department.
Overhauling of hydraulic pump, jacks, heating bell burners, air and gas lines.
Radiography Test, Ultra sonic and DPT test of hydrogen lines, inner shell and impeller respectively.
Develop and maintain daily, monthly, annual production reports and other documents related to the plant.
To train and give knowledge of BAF to the new hired engineers & operators.

Maintain deviations sheet in routine are handled according to operating procedures and/or work instructions.
Follow the established procedures for running and checking furnaces to ensure all systems are operating correctly.
Pull samples and record inspection results.
Perform routine furnace maintenance.
Commitment to working safely and understand all safety.
Furnaces run to a set procedure changed in writing by technology.
Assuring product is processed according to proper routings, specifications and the quantity and style are correct.
Maintain daily production report.

Senior Process Operator
• To do the Production Tasks on a given time as per production plan.
• Trouble shooting of Various problems occurred in Batch Annealing Furnace.
• Monitor the Annealing cycles and trouble shooting of Problems related to Annealing Cycles.
• To train and give knowledge of BAF to the new hired operators.
• Communicate with other batch operators and maintenance personnel when difficulties arise.
• Prepare load sheets and Load furnaces according to a schedule.
• Have a great understanding of SAP for the entries of Daily Production.
• Have a good knowledge of 5S & Kaizen.
• Follow all appropriate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies.
• Prepare Daily Activity report of Shift.
CNC Milling Opearator
• CNC Milling, Machine Center, CNC Conventional Machine Operator.
• Set up CNC machinery for production runs.
• Carry out production as per production schedule given by OEM.
• Ensure the machine has proper necessary tools installed.
• Position the materials being used on the machine.
• Monitor machinery for problems during the production run.
• Use Fanuc controls.
