Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) of Diamer Basha Dam Project (DBDP)
Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for Diamer Basha Dam Project (DBDP) was carried out by MWH with sub-contracts of Associated Consulting Engineers (ACE) and NESPAK. Study was funded by USIAD. Study aimed at updation of previous studies to meet out international standards. Environmental Impact Assessment, Social impact Assessment, Social Resettlement, Gender study and Cultural Heritage Study were the parts of ESIA.

As Junior sociologist assisted Team Lead in designing of questionnaires/tools of data collection, data collection in the field, data entry and analysis. Prepared drafts of village profile, socio-economic, focused census and population census survey questionnaires. Translated these questionnaires in URDU. Supervised field activities like public consultation and field surveys. Maintained data records and reports. Also coordinated field activities by keeping records of filed teams including their credentials, leave record and other office record. Assisted in generation of analysis for Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), Local Scoping Workshops and Training Need Assessment reports.

Land Record Management and Information System (LRMIS).
Land Record Management and Information System (LRMS) was developed for Government of Punjab. The system aimed to convert hard copies of land records into soft form. As Data Entry Supervisor, supervised work of conversion of hard data into soft form by using LRMIS software. Data input were comprised of land owner, distract, tehsil, village, Ancestry (Shajara-e-Nasab), Khasra number and Khewat numer.

Environmental Assessment Study of Kurram Tangi Dam Project (KTDP).
Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for Kurram Tangi Dam Project (KTDP) was carried out by MWH with sub-contracts of Associated Consulting Engineers (ACE) and NESPAK. Study was funded by USIAD. Study aimed at preparation of ESIA for the project. Environmental Impact Assessment, Social impact Assessment, Social Resettlement, Gender study and Cultural Heritage Study were the parts of ESIA.

As office assistant received mailing data and maintained it. Also filled up scholarship form by sequence and was responsible for data entry.

Student training in different skills Program.
As office assistant was responsible for ensuring preparation of training manuals, scheduling of training, coordination with resource persons, coordination with participants, high achievers, teachers, government officials and parliamentarians.

Income Generation support program.
As field Enumerator conducted data collection in three villages.

As Salesman sold products in district Kohat and Hango.
