o    Leading end to end Operations for S&D in Faisalabad this includes complete management of BVS devices ,Franchise orderings , Follow up on business KPI's and Franchise Services Domain
o    Event Management for the region Telenor Regional Event, Franchise Sale Conference etc. managing multiple vendor and complete budget 
o    Identifying new business points and developing capability of existing suppliers for meeting the requirements for Instore Branding 
o   Leading Complete execution of Trade Market Activities in region including Fascia , Counter Branding, AVH's , Retailer Giveaways  with help of multiple stakeholders vendors , business partners , retailers and merchandisers
o   Systematic tracking of market deployment of merchandising solutions to have complete 360 degree view
o   Giving weekly updates to management on market deployments and customer feedbacks   
o  Regularly visit Market to gain insights on Sales and Business partner feedback 
o   Managing a Team of 3 BDO's directly and 50 plus support staff including S&D's ,CRM's & Merchandisers
