Recruitment and managing hiring process
Onboarding new employee to concerned department Resume:
Managing training process of all department when they need.
Assisting Manager to run payroll which include (attendance, leaves, loan)
Making Final Settlement
Visit all factory to ensure all departments are following SOPs for good quality product.
Documentation and filing related HR process and Administration
Dealing all issues of employee on daily basis.
Making EOBI, Social Security and Medical Insurance Cards
