The World Health Organization is a specialized agency of the United Nations that is concerned with international public health. The World Health Organization was established in 1948 as a specialized agency of the United Nations. The objective of WHO (www.who.int) is the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health. “Health”, as defined in the WHO Constitution, is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Whose main function is to act as the directing and coordinating authority on international health work?

WHO, on behalf of the Federal Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI), Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination (MoNHSRC), Government of Pakistan, plans to conduct an immunization coverage evaluation surveys (CES) in each district of Pakistan during 2017-2018. The survey will be conducted by a third party selected through a competitive process by WHO. The primary objective of the survey is to ascertain routine vaccine/dose-specific immunization coverage of children 12-23 and 4-5 months of age in each district, division, province of Pakistan.

JOB DESCRIPTION:Under the guidance and direct supervision of the National Coordinator for the Survey, WHO. The Survey monitors will ensure effective and accurate data collection by the enumerators and efficient application of the Quality Assurance mechanism by the supervising Field Monitoring staff of the implementing agency. The selected candidates shall require extensive field visit (over 90% times) for monitoring of the survey.

Key functions are stated below:

Understand the principles of ensuring data quality, in particular how to ensure that fieldwork follows protocol and standard operating

 Supervise and monitor the overall project in implementation from start to end of project Strengthening Electoral & Legislative Process (SELP) - Women NIC and Registration Campaign (WNVRC).
 Act as focal person for project related activities and correspondence.
 Ensure timely delivery/completion of all project activities, submission of all relevant reports, listing and facilitation of unregistered women in the targeted communities.
 Coordinate and arrange meetings with the key stakeholders i.e. NADRA, ECP, DVEC, Political Parties, legislators and district administration etc, as and when required.
 Ensure timely review and submission of all relevant MOVs against respective activities (such as block wise lists of non NIC holder females, event reports, assessments, attendance sheets, photographs, media briefings, scanned copies of tokens etc.) and as defined in the statement of work, on Women NIC and Voter Registration Project- GMIS.
 Regularly prepare and submit reports/progress of the relevant activities, as per Statement of Work (SoW).
 Participate and ensure 100 % attendance in the trainings arranged by TDEA.
 Supervise and train the project staff on SOW.
Oversight and compliance of project interventions and field activities

 Managed overall project for oriented results with satisfaction of donor’s communities and management for supporting to vulnerable Returnees Families of North Waziristan Agency through provision of Transitional shelters.
 Coordinated meetings with main stakeholders in NWA (Political Administration, FDMA, Army and other organizations).
 Handled 21 staff members in monitoring, procurement, logistics, finance, administration and leading towards communities in Agency.
 Straight forward supervision of North Waziristan Agency village level communities participation in said intervention.
 Completed 400 transitional shelter projects with good reputation.
 Conducted and reviewed baseline/ pre Assessment survey for sheltering, WASH and capacity building of said agency.
 Communicated with donors and assistance communities for supporting this marginalized community.
 Reviewed different types reports from staff and submitted to donors.
 Submitted weekly progress reports to high management and donor society.
 Developed successful stories related to project intervention
 Visited vulnerable communities for sheltering and wash project for future.
 Monitoring visits, formats and reporting in light of complaints mechanism done.
 Supervised overall project from start to end along with evaluation of the project in light of lesson learn.

 Identification, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of local and regional development projects/programs.
 Development of Performance Management Plan (PMP), M&E Logframes/Results Framework. Worked with the communities and conducting RRA, PRA and FGDs for quick understanding of community issues and their solutions.
 Structure overall framework for projects M&E entailing annual project reviews, participatory impact assessments, process monitoring, operations monitoring and lessons-learned mechanisms for all in handed projects.
 Supervision of entire section and responsibility for the achievement of goals and targets of donors and CHRS.
 Stimulate the projects staff engagement in proper stream lining approach according to their job descriptions and responsibilities.
 Implement the CHRS monitoring & evaluation guidelines; managing core information need to donors and CHRS directors.
 Field visits for the verification of monitoring staff results on spot and meeting in communities for the impact of intervention by CHRS.
 Analyzing reports in terms of problems and actions needed.
 Proper collection of data in the required fields and its presentation to donors and implementation in the CHRS required information desk.

 Assist in organizing, compiling and conducting Monthly, Quarterly Reports and post-project evaluations
 Monitor and tack progress on back-end efforts preceding planned output/interventions, such as Collaborations, Integration, Exchange of Concept Notes, meetings, reports, working papers etc. with concerned stakeholders;
 Develop Case Studies/Most Significant Change Stories and other Reporting Tools to capture qualitative outputs of the project;
 Compile and Communicate M&E feedback to the CEO on projects strategies and activities;
 Assist the projects personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use.
 Develop and manage Monitoring and Evaluation system/Unit to ensure effective implementation of key program/project initiatives
 Measure progress towards achieving planned result
