Internship
During my 3-month internship at Askari Bank Limited, I gained hands-on experience and acquired valuable knowledge and skills in various departments, including:
- Account Opening: Learned the procedures and documentation required for opening new accounts
- Deposits: Understood the different types of deposit accounts and their management
- Bills and Remittance: Familiarized myself with the processing of bills and remittances, including local and international transactions
- Accounts Clearing: Gained insight into the clearing process, including cheque clearing and settlement procedures
This comprehensive internship experience provided me with a broad understanding of banking operations and equipped me with practical skills, enabling me to contribute effectively in the banking industry.
