·          Introduce Qatar Charity program to the local communities and formation of community organizations
·          Carry out field related project activities on prescribed formates
·          Mobilize/sensitize local communities towards program activities
·          Undertake field visits and survey on order to deliver the program
·          Identify problems and proposes remedial action
·          Prepare reports on the areas where QC work can be carried out using specific tools for gathering data prepare the evaluation phases and implement the recommendation
·          Participate in establishing effective monitoring information and reporting system and in the development of communication materials and strategies to promote community participation
·          Preparing weekly monthly and overall DIP under the direct supervision of PO

To mobilize communty about faimly planing birth spacing methods,and faimly planing.To arrange medical camps for females and chilrens health.conduct CBDs meeting and provide them contrceptive.To form groups of young boys and girls who will helpful in proviving awareness in the community about hygiene principles in the area.

Commuinty Health Solution (CHS) is non-Governmental Organization working on tuber culosis.This organization has been working on deadlly diseases like tuber culosis in Distric Faisalabad in collabotation with Government Health Department.it has been financilly supported by Indus Hospital karachi.I was working with CHS 1 years on the post of linkages assistant in faisalabad.My job discraption was develop liaison between govt,& semi govt hospitals that were working on tuber culosis so that they could traet peoples suffring from the disease together.
