Served in PAF for 25 years, in various domains of professional assignments including Executive Management / Administration, HRM, Security / Intelligence, Training, Enforcement, Operations, etc. Qualified 28 courses from PAF, Army, Civil institutes and China. Have distinction of securing 1st position in 7 courses ( including 1 in China )while remaining 2nd / 3rd in many other courses and category / promotion exams. Have handsome experience of training at unit / base level and evaluation at Air Headquarters level. Twice commanded units and accumulated top management HRM experience while gathered sufficient HRM experience in the capacity of Successor ( 2nd in Command ) in 6 different units. Also, had experience in HRM domain while acting in the capacity of Unit Adjutant and O i/c Operations, in eight different units. Earned good reputation due to God gifted intelligence, extreme hard work and tireless working. Qualified HRM Diploma course from Pakistan Institute of Management, Lahore and MBA ( HRM )from Preston University, Lahore. Due to my outstanding performance, was awarded with Chief of the Air Staff's Commendation Certificate, in 1997.
