Monitoring the mills and ensure the Fortification.

To provide recommendations to the Management and Monitoring staff on how program monitoring could be improved
In collaboration with the relevant departments, design appropriate formats, tools and systems for monitoring and evaluating programs, develop a sound-understanding of the program, design, facilitate and supervise assessments, surveys and evaluations as required by program management and donor
Oversee the implementation of assuring quality, analyses program implementation reports and evaluates against established program recommendations and plans of action, disseminating findings for project management, learning and development & managing data according to internal and donor standards
In coordination with field team, track weekly site visit plans for M&E Officers and Engineers, Supervise & Conduct field visits to assess project impact, collect feedback from relevant stakeholders, report on appropriate and high quality participatory monitoring and verification of program activities implemented by different actors according to recognized standards, systems and procedures
To identify appropriate M&E methodologies for objective-specific M&E activities
To Develop and refine monitoring tools used to gather necessary data used to assess program effectiveness in order to measure the progress of the achievement of expected outcomes, outputs and activities defines in the grants documents
Design, test, provide technical guidance, training and support to M & E team on implementation of data collection, compile, analyze, tools for data collection, data entry, control mechanism to improve the quality of the collected information, produce analysis of project data and identify methods to use results for services and project improvement

Working in Girls right to education programme in ICT, Funded by UNESCO, Its Result Based Monitoring Programme Which is PBR (Payment By Result) methodology was adopted. To Support the Project team in Implementation Plan Data management, analysis and sharing on regular basis keeping project records. Design the project Log Frame and M&E Frame Work with Monitoring tools. In this project define the project indicator and Implementation strategy for smooth implementation in field, Conducted Meeting with all stakeholder of education and developed the tool to measure the pri,mid and post evaluation of training activities. Further to develop the instruments for assessment of learning outcome and conducted daily basis filed monitoring visits of project sites. I am also engage the SMCs to play a vital role in access and provide quality education for girls at primary level.

Working in South Asia WASH Results Program (SAWRP) in Muzaffargarh & Lodhran with consortium partner Plan international Pakistan Funded by DFID, Its Result Based Monitoring Program Which is PBR (Payment By Result) methodology was organised in Pakistan first time. To Support the Project team in Implementation Plan Data management, analysis and sharing on regular basis keeping project records.
Collection of qualitative and quantitative data, report writing and sharing the findings and feedback with the concern bodies on timely basis. Support and coordinate the Field team for Improvement in social Mobilization. Ensure process and progress monitoring in regular basis and produce impact material such as case studies. Ensure compliance with the approved work plans. Facilitate donor visits, briefings, internal reviews, program presentations Liaise with assistance receiving communities and identify the gaps to improve efficiency. Develop new formats for effective reporting system. Any other task as assigned by the management

Desk review of Monitoring and Evaluation plan for approved grants and development of questionnaires based on PERSI Question Bank Database Indicators and Outcomes. Coordination with multiple grantees for conducting phase-wise evaluation surveys (pre, mid, end and post) of small grants approved by the Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) – USAID.
Management of logistical issues to facilitate evaluation surveys conducted in multiple project districts in Southern Punjab, Pakistan – including Multan, Bahawalpur, Muzaffargarh and Lodhran. Technical assistance to Junior M&E Officers in clearing ambiguities concerning collection of evaluation data vis-à-vis standard guidelines provided by OTI-USAID. Field work and data collection on various grants within the indicators identified by the OTI-USAID. Technical assistance to Data Entry Personnel in correct entry of information required in old and new database to minimise errors. Review of Online Data Entry Forms for the improving the format of the database. Field support to Survey Management in identifying issues encountered during the evaluation surveys. Preparation of Field Verification Reports (FVRs) and subsequent uploading of the documents online. Participation in internal and external coordination meetings with suggestions to improve the outcomes of the project. Conducted KII`s & FGD’s

Design, plan and implement advocacy strategy and campaigns for District Governance Groups (DGGs). Develop research reports and material on advocacy related themes and issues at district / constituency level and provide liaison in accordance with advocacy for STAEP program - keeping side by side in-house advocacy research, background research where required, correspondence, meetings with organization field/research staff, partners as well as other stakeholders etc and disseminate the information among staff, Community Resource Groups, stakeholders and other contemporary organizations to build synergies and consensus on advocacy related themes and issues.
Write district and constituency based research reports, abstract, press releases and other advocacy materials . Manage Information and data on advocacy related themes and issues. Support and facilitate the process to form networks with various stakeholders such as development sector donors, NGOs, private sector, research organizations and academic institutions to mobilize their support for sustainable development initiatives. Keep tabs on organization research and use the channels of advocacy to facilitate the process of lobbying for policy making/change.

Monitor the Field Staff and identify the flood affected areas for Hygienic Promotions. Identifying the areas of needs for health promotion and education, Surveys to identify the key influential for the formation of health comities, Arranging and conducting Monthly meeting with the sport of community representatives. Participated and assisted his member of the team in ensuring health promotion session during the distribution of different kits

Identify the common health problems and solve through given Health session at village level and door to door”, Mapping of Catchments Area, Listing of Villages, Identification of Un Covered Area, Conduct Corner Meeting (First Contact with the Community), Make a village profile of BHU Catchments area (villages). Conduct BBCM (Broad Based Community Meeting) at every village level in BHU Catchments area. To inform the community about objective and formation of Local Health Council in BBCM. To provide assistance to community for the section of two representative for Local Health Council.

Ensure Participation of 100% teachers in UC Level Workshops. Facilitate AEOs/LCs to conduct UC level Teachers Training for BLS and Enrollment. Facilitate AEOs/LCs to prepare Work Plans to monitor BLS and Enrollment activities
Joint Visits along with AEOs/LCs to Monitor activities of teachers , Identify training need for teachers and prepare plan along with AEOs/LCs to provide training to teachers , After enrollment, Visit Schools 33% in one month, preferably along with the supervisory staff of the Education Department. Facilitate Parent Teacher meeting in the school on a quarterly basis. Facilitate meeting of the School Management Committee on a quarterly or issue basis. Ensure monitoring of all UPE indicators through ED officers.
