Location: Gulberg Greens Islamabad
Planning & Scheduling the project according to the assigned deadline.
Monitoring labour, building material, and equipment budget and curbing unnecessary expenses.
Preparation of Bills and Bar Bending Schedule.
Quantities take off from Drawings.
Material Quantities Calculations. Supervision in all Civil works (steel work, concrete work, Farmwork, Finishing work).
Ensure No material wastage at Site.
Preparing DPR at the End of Day.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil) 2D & 3D, Excel and Primavera P6.
