Key responsibilities are:
Assisting both external and internal hiring efforts
Organizing advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns.
Streamlining Recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs
Developing recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning & talent planning
Developing and reviewing all HR processes and policies and tools to cope with the rapid growth.
Organizing and presenting new employees benefits orientation.
Conducting exit interviews, disciplinary and grievance procedures, as and when required
Ensuring statistical information/reports are produced, collated and analysed on daily basis in evaluating the efficiency of departments.
Creating and maintaining improvements on all systems and procedures.
Hiring employees and perform all disciplinary actions.
Creating and implementing SOPs for process improvement.
Updating record of employees on HRIS
Conducting job analysis and benefits and compensation determination
Interacting with different department to resolve/complete their pending projects/issues
Assisting in conducting events, functions and company meetings
