Talent Acquisition and Employee information
Key responsibilities are:
 Assisting both external and internal hiring efforts

 Hiring employees and perform all disciplinary actions.
 Creating and implementing SOPs for process improvement.
 Updating record of employees on HRIS
 Conducting job analysis and benefits and compensation determination
 Interacting with different department to resolve/complete their pending projects/issues
 Assisting in conducting events, functions and company meetings
