• Managed branch operations related functions such as Account Opening, Cash, Locker, Clearing & Collection and Delivery Channel.

• Liaison with Security personnel for the appointment of Security Guards in all branches as well as security measures are effectively adhered.

Joined as an Operation Manager and headed all the products related to operations such as Branch Security(Security Guards, Fire hazards, Cash theft hazards and mob attach) Locker area, Account Opening, Cash area, Remittance and Vendor management. It is further ensure changes in regulatory or institutional policies are incorporated in department’s control.

Started carrier in Technology department where managed data processing functions for Northern Branches and ensure maintenance of Network facilities, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning and Premises Safety.
After centralization of Technology moved in Treasury Operations Lahore and Faisalabad branches to maintain Lcy balances with SBP. Independently handled U.S. Visa Fee Collection Center. Managed Cash Management department including the products such as Cash management and Funds transfer Operations, Account Opening and Maintenance and Cash Counter Operations.
Performed as an internal auditor to measure the performance / controls of inter department’s products.
