Working as CERBM (Centre of Excellence for Results Based Management) Support Manager in Governance and Policy Project Financially Supported by World Bank (Nov 2019 till now)
Specifically, the Support Manager was responsible for the following duties and responsibilities;
• To coordinate, assist the research activities, initiated by the CERBM.
• To provide all desired technical assistance, advisory support to the office of DG (M&E), P&DD on implementing the activities under the CERBM mandated.
• To assist, coordinate the geo tagging, monitoring activities in HQ as well field level of M&E Directorate through implementation with young professionals of CERBM.
• To assist M&E Directorate; P&DD in planning, implementing a results-based M&E system as envisaged as policy in M&E framework.
• Coordinate and provide advisory services, consultations, technical assistance and hands-on support to enhance the capacity related to results-based M&E capacity of Government of Balochistan’s P&D Department and GPP focused sectors and develop guidelines required for effective implementation of M&E framework.
• Contribute to the formulation of the M&E policies, strategies and programs by providing feedback based on M&E studies.
• To coordinate and assist CERBM on development of HRMIS for P&DD.
• To provide assistance to the activities under the mandate of CERBM for strengthening of Planning studies section (PSS).
• To provide assistance to the office of DG (M&E) on drafting of planning, reporting documents as needed of M&E Directorate.
• To collaborate for development of CERBM programs, institutional development plans and skill enhancement programs during implementation.
• Coordinate with M&E Directorate of Planning and Development department for preparation and management of M&E activities and training plan under Concept note for beneficiaries.
• Design and propose follow-up actions according to the needs identified by the geo tagging activities of CERBM in guidance with the Line Departments/stakeholder for effective M&E.
• To provide support in coordination on planning, conducting, reporting the different trainings, workshops of CERBM for M&E Directorate; P&DD.
• To assist the M&E Directorate and M&E section (GPP) on regular monitoring of CERBM activities on regular basis.
• Any other assignment relevant aforementioned activities under the CERBM support will be carried out in accord.
