To coordinating on a daily basis with school administration and teachers, facilitating the coordination of all program activities in the assigned school responsible as well as for involving communities in project development, planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation for an emergency response.

Community sensitization on the program objectives and methods to stimulate & eventually promote the understanding and participation of the target population. Community sensitization starts at village- and Community-leader levels and eventually extends to the entire population.
Elicit community involvement in case finding, referral, encouraging attendance and minimize defaulters. Follow-up issues related to low attendance rate and defaulters and the underlying problem and propose appropriate solution
Support to the Community Nutrition Volunteers (CNVs) during screening (active case finding) and linking up the CNVs with the LHW program.
Prepare activity plan for the screening exercise in consultation with the CNVs and OTP Supervisors.
Seek and provide feedback on screening programme implementation schedule and activities plan as appropriate to enhance coverage and maximise impact
Participate in the selection of the decentralized mass screening sites to ensure access and high coverage
Organize and facilitate regular community screening sessions for CNVs with the guidance of OTP Supervisors.
Provide technical support to CNVs on mobilization, active case finding, defaulter tracing and home follow up visits through follow up trainings and on job coaching and supportive supervision.

1. Conduct appropriate and regular field visits to assigned sites (beneficiary locations) and directly involve in implementation of project activities efficiently, effectively and with flexibility.

2. Be responsible for doing regular assessments and designing assessment tools in coordination with the Project Assistant if necessary

3. Interact and work in project operations with flood affected populations respecting their opinions, experience and participation.

4. Conduct and develop communication channel with the relevant focal point within beneficiaries in the operation area.

5. Encourage community participation in the activities carried out by IOM in the operation area.

6. Emphasize beneficiary contribution, material and labour, initiative and participation in the clean-up, repair and rehabilitation process.

7. Under coordination of the Project Assistant and in-coordination with Field Assistant, conduct the identification of the vulnerable groups, individuals in the target community.

8. Under coordination of the Project Assistant and in-coordination with Field Assistant and Technical Team, arrange, organize and mobilze community for the meetings and/or training.

9. Under coordination of the Project Assistant and in-coordination with Field Assistant and Logistic/Procurement Unit, arrange, organize and mobilze community for materials distribution.

10. Management of human and other resources efficiently in the site assigned.

11. Under coordination of the Project Assistant, liaise with field Resource Management Unit to ensure the required facilities are provided for timely and correct implementation of the activities.

12. Ensure the beneficiaries assessment, mobilization and selection is per IOM guideline and standard operating system.

13. Coordinate and collaborate with different partners of the project and different development workers functioning in the area in order to complement
