1. Manage the complete flow of production i.e. from the receipt of Forecast/PO from Adidas/Non-Adidas till the dispatch.2. Worked with Central Planning Group on monthly production Forecasting and Scheduling activities.3. Responsible for total order management based on order priorities.4. Monitored all production processes to ensure that all procedures for inventory movement and control are being followed.

- Troubleshooting in purchase processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement

- Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues

- Process import as well as export orders and the respective shipping processes with prioritization of different shipments

-Ensuring an appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies

- Cooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues

- Management of the communication with the sales department and customers

Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports

- Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation.
- Analyze and prepare documents needed for production.
- Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.
- Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization.
- Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required.
- Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet
production schedule and customer expectation.
-Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
