smooth running of Video Surveillance System
Managing warehousing of Project in-stock and Faulty components
Sitting in Command and Control Center, managing entire Desktop system including AXXON Client, Antiviruses, Video Walls system
Coordinating different vendors like Marine Enterprises Ltd, Messi pvt.ltd, SM Jaffer & Co to
functional departments of company for resolving their issues in designing , deployment and configuration on stations of 24KMs of Metro Track

Look after Hospital Management System Application which was developed and Installed by Interactive Group Islamabad
Manage User Accounts in HMS Application with their Roles and Responsibilities as per user’s respective appointment
Give trainings to HMS users including Doctors, Paramedical Staff and General Staff of different departments
Supervise the Engineers regarding daily operations of HMS and assigning them duties to keep up the integrity of HMS Application
Troubleshoot Level 1 issues and refers it to concerned department when required
Work with technicians of Data Center to troubleshoot Level 2 issues and for installation of new network nodes and maintenance of hospital topology
Participate in Data Center for installation of servers like IBM, Oracle, HUAWAI and Windows
Configuring Juniper Switches (EX3200 Layer 3 Switches)
Perform operations with system maintenance, service restoration, and system repairs configuration changes
Perform changes to LAN switches to troubleshoot and repair network issues with connectivity
Worked with Data Center Technicians for installation of 125 nodes in 12 different departments
Configuring IP Printers to make it functional in Cloud Environment
Ensuring proper working of hardware and network in order to meet client’s requirement
Coordinate Data Center, IAC-Islamabad and GHQ for resolving complex issues regarding Application, System and Networks.
Receiving calls, Closing tickets and Follow-up with concerned department for resolving complaints
Maintaining the integrity of daily HMS usage (statistics) and consult it with the Head Office on daily basis
