As Manager Admin, HR & Security I am responsible for overseeing administrative, human resources, and security functions within the organization. This role combines the responsibilities of managing administrative tasks, handling human resources-related activities, and ensuring the security and safety of the organization's premises and personnel.
1. Administrative Management:
● Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office processes.
● Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
● Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for various administrative needs.
● Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
● Handle travel arrangements, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and events.
● Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to administrative functions.
● Handle and resolve administrative issues or conflicts, both internally and externally, in a timely and professional manner.
