Responsible for implementing all Site management regarding 2G/3G/4G Surveying, Rollout, Expansion, Swap, including Acceptance with Customer and handover
Deployment of 3G and 4G Network, along with existing 2G network expansion and rollouts
Site visits with customer to implement change requests, as outcome from existing site survey reports
Responsible for Quality Assurance, ensuring best practices for site implementation

Correspondence in Reverse Logistics of equipment and accessories and correspondence with concerned departments

Managing cost issues as per project recommendation, keeping them optimum and effective

Implemented DAR (Daily Activity Report) system and maintaining tracker of all the operational activities
Reporting of tracker to Technical Manager and Director of all on-going projects over daily basis
Correspondence with HO for project status and escalation of issues, tasks for resolution
