Ensure participation in commercial growth by handling sales enquiries at centre level, looking for opportunities to help existing customers expand and conducting tour of new customers showing Centre layout and facilities to potential prospects.
Training new Regus team members regarding operations and systems.
Ensure compliance regarding customer Pre-on boarding, customer on boarding, collections timeline and to make sure service suspension, lockout and eviction for all Office and VO customers is scheduled to take place on time to keep centre daily report debt free.
Solving customer queries, reviewing complaints and initiating solutions in an effective and timely manner.
Billing and payments, handling the tasks of managing collections and bad debt prevention by indicating a potential risk for debt
Contribute to overall revenue of the centre by identifying opportunities and actively upselling/cross selling Regus products and services (Meeting Rooms, IT services, Virtual Offices etc.) to existing and potential customers.
Reviewing customer's complaints, generating ideas to improve customer's challenges and issues and initiating solutions in an effective and timely manner.
Business Centre management (Health & safety, team meetings, link with internal departments, Centre preparation as per Regus standards to make it a great place for customers to work).
Billing and payments (Take payments, enter credit notes, preparation for monthly billing) Handling the tasks of managing collections and bad debt prevention by indicating a potential risk for debt.
Third party Risk assessment by identifying potential threats & risks in business.
Providing results & reports to clients in compliance with ISO-Quality Management System.
Receiving and analysing online and manual orders of clients.
Retrieving work order from online client's portals and ensuring complete requirements.
Processing identity and driving license verifications directly from concerned sources worldwide.
In-depth search of records of individuals and companies in Court’s databases online and building direct contact with court officials to obtain information regarding suspected records.
Negotiation with Vendors from all over the globe for local queries.
Report making for clients in compliance with ISO standards.
Preparing inclusive Vendor’s database for valuable information related to our services.
Communication with both foreign and local nationals regarding visa processing information.
Setting appointments for passport & documents submission in UK visa application centre.
Confirmation of the status of passport for collection.
