I have attended International and National Trainings relates with Monitoring and evolution, Financial Services, Project Management, Specific Microfinance Portfolio Management, I have been called to deliver training programs on social mobilization, livelihood & microfinance especially In-house organization’s platform. I have performed my duties with different organizations for more than Eleven years (April 2010-till continue...) at Karachi Dadu, Hyderabad, and Jamshoro, Districts of Sindh Province. • Overall responsibility of Social Mobilization Activities in their respective Union Council.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of Social Mobilizers (Male and Female) in team.
• Supervise field research activities pertaining to base line, assessment, case studies and develop quality photo record.
• To encourage and stimulate full participation of all community members; with special attention to those who are usually un-accessed, marginalized and overlooked in community decision making process.
• Properly orient the project staff about overall objectives and activities of the project
• Review team work plans, reports and give feedback
• Provide field level guidance and facilitation to the team member
• Arrange events / activities for the capacity building of project staff Conduct weekly & monthly project review meeting with staff
