4 Plus years overall working experience in multinational, group of companies and private sector dealing in all Accounts, Finance and Tax related activities the above-mentioned experience includes
- 2 Plus years experience of implementing accounting software & accounting processes in private companies
- 1 year experience as part of the accounts process development and implementation team
- 1 plus year experience managing sites and reporting higher authorities
Extensive knowledge dealing with Banks & Compliance with Govt. departments
Exposure about registration and online filing of SECP required documents
Responsibilities:
Successful Implementation of QuickBooks Accounting Software in the Company
Providing and interpreting financial information
Forecast cash flow positions and ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and import requirements
Development of accounts processes and their implementation in company
Making sure that all the products are arranged properly and then dispersed
Estimation and the verification of the product cost
Arranging and managing necessary documentation by communicating with import related authorities and suppliers for efficient, smooth and law complied Import process
Keeping track of the Customs process through WEBOC
