Azizi Bank management takes strategic decision to choose JMR Infotech as implementation partner to implement Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Ver. 12.4, replacing its existing systems to keep pace with the rapidly changing operational priorities, improve banking efficiency and meet customer expectations.
Key Accomplishments:
Rendered keen eye for details to assess business level requirements and data analysis and identify potential gaps any in the Core Banking Application FLEXCUBE by interacting with the business users.
Conducted two weeks of user interactive session with bank people to explain the product FLEXCUBE in relevance to their business needs. Ensured project coordination with Bank, Offshore team and Oracle.
Steered efforts towards product parameterization, preparing BRD and Functional Specification (FS) Document, supporting User Acceptance Testing and Issues fixing and customizing Feasibility checks in FLEXCUBE.
