Carry out batch testing of dyes and pigments for every new consignment
Perform shade matching, new shade development, recipe setting, and cost calculation
Establish production standards for efficiency, minimum wastage's, and maximum utilization of resources
Establish quality control standards and procedures, and ensure strict adherence to set standards
Establish safety procedures for employees, and ensure procedures are enforced
Supervise production processes to ensure implementation of company standards
Coordinate with Project Managers to plan production capacities, review production schedule, ensure replenishment of finished goods supply, and modify production plans as per required
Supervise maintenance programs for machinery, and recommend modifications as per required
