Conducting frequent visits to Targeted community villages of UC GHARHI KHAIRRO AND UC RINDWAHI OF DISTRICT JACOBABAD along with NutritionTeam including IYCF councillor ,Social Mobilizers for Door to Door Screening of all under five years children to identify SAM children’s then Enrollment in CMAM Simplified Protocols program.

Work closely with DoH Health staffs to ensure all aspects of the program understood and appropriate referrals take place to and from the CMAM outreach and well-integrated into the Primary Health Care. Work closely with the health facility staff (MO/FMO/LHV), and LHWs to ensure all children are screened correctly at health facility/community facilitation and within targeted area. Ensure all criteria are respected and understood by the team and community groups, including; admission, discharge and transfer to and from the community or other source.
