Leading the monitoring section of Aurat Foundation/NSER Wing for national rollout of National Socio Economic Registry (NSER) update for over 9.3 million households in 34 districts of AJK, Islamabad, Rawalpindi Division and Gujranwala Division, South Punjab and Upper Sindh. Developed monitoring mechanism, monitoring tools and compliance for more than 10,000 field staff.

o Developed business plan guidelines and templates for enterprise schools under World Bank-Italian Government funded Programme for Poverty Reduction.
o Conducted sustainability survey of 200 community schools established on social enterprise approach under the programme.
o Developed exit strategy for innovative project by PPAF involving provision of teaching services through network based tele-classrooms in primary schools situated in far-flung and hard to reach areas in Chitral and Upper Dir.
o Developed guidelines and good practices for development of success stories for PPAF.

 Disseminating AJKRSP policies and procedures and getting a feedback on the already formulated policies and procedures to make them current and responsive to the community needs and the needs of other stakeholders;
 Preparing periodic and annual work plans, budgets and operational guidelines for each component of the programme and projects
 Conducting orientation of staff and other stakeholders on the programme and projects, annual and periodic targets and activities;
 Developing Performance Indicators or disseminating the PIs in practice to the field teams and other staff for ensuring implementation and reporting as per these indicators;
 Coordinating with the regional and field teams, Finance, Administration, Monitoring and Gender Units for the implementation of the programme in accordance with AJKRSP’s policies, procedures and in a gender sensitive manner;
