Assistant Engineer (Electrical Maintenace Engineer)
I am working an Assistant Engineer in the Power plant of the project which is a 50 MW Diesel Power Generation Plant at MRDL Saindak Gold-Mine Project which is a Chinese International company.
Job Responsibilities:
To maintain constant supply of Electrical Power and quickly restore supplies of electricity in case power loss in the systems.
To carry out analysis for fault detections, repair, and modifications for the conveyance Power supply systems.
To ensure reliability of all equipments.
Providing technical support as required to ensure plant equipment is operating and is optimized.
Maintaining of DC power System, Batteries Management
Backup Power Supply Maintenance (UPS)
Controlling and supervising of LV and HV lines,
Electrical panels and lines Maintenance.
Ensuring Quality of Service and Supply.
Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement of power plant.
Official Documentation work.
Customer Support Engineer
-Installation & Commissioning of Diebold Nixdorf
ATM Machines.
-Onsite troubleshooting of ATM machine faults
-Documentation and reporting of solved faults of
ATM machines via Engineer Activity report
-Training on Wincor Nixdorf Equipment
-Worked on ERP system for work ticket
management, parts consumption data etc.
⁃Installation of various software on different models
of ATM.
-Troubleshooting of various hardware and software
faults.
-PC Core Hardware servicing, Software installations
and Microsoft products (OS)
-Refurbishment of hardware parts ATM\'s Diebold
Nixdorf.
-Build and Manage working relationships with Bank
Branch Managers
-Responsible for managing all customer needs/
issUes.
Responsible for communication at all levels i.e
Services/Installation/Coordination with customers.
-Experience in ATM Field and Workshop support

-Good communication, feedback and follow up fault
calls 24/7
-Ability to handle ATM pressure calls environment
from various Banks
Quarterly update the PM
-Warehouse parts reconciliation
-Work on the onsite and offsite repair and

-Presenter/Dispenser
-Card Reader
-Journal/Receipt Printers
-Exit shutter
