Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies & Inventory.
Process procurement cases of hotel bookings, air ticketing, rental vehicles or any other repair & maintenance services.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Oversee the general maintenance and cleanliness of the office space.
Hotel, vehicle & air ticket reservations.
Arrange outdoor trainings, workshops, seminar & meetings.
Coordinate timely repair and maintenance with relevant service providers.
Process payments of all service providers and keep updated record of all payments.
Managing the administrative budget, including cost control measures and expense tracking.
Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality service.
Serving as a liaison between departments, senior management, and external stakeholders.
Developing and updating administrative policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations or organizational needs.
Ensuring the organization adheres to health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment.
Any other functions, as required for effective administration of staff and office premises.
