 100 MTPD Fatty Acid (Splitting column, Distillation column) based on latest
European technology (SUPCON DCS ECS-700) JJ Lurgi Malaysia.
 Fatty Acid plant which has two vacuum distillation columns and their heating media is
steam.
 To ensure smooth and trouble free operation of both distillation columns.
 65 bar high stem pressure splitting section (100 MTPD).
 Good knowledge of all fatty acid units, glycerine units and tank yard.
 Also a DCS operator at splitting unit, treatment of glycerine and evaporation.
Core Responsibilities:-
 Looks after safety aspect as a priority.
 Follows up shift activities, and ensures high level of safety on the plant.
 Ensure work permits recommendations & Checks each signed work.
 Permit signage at the site and ensure that the jobs are performed safely.
 Handed over of equipment’s in safe condition for maintenance works.
 Looks after equipment’s & plant. And checks all running equipment, Logs Process parameters

 reports abnormalities.
 Following the Standard operating procedures.
 Changes over running equipment as and when required.
 Co-ordinates & reports to the DCS operator & shift supervisor.
 Sample collection for all different campaign.
 Perform operational field activities during star-up/shut-down and responsible for safe& smooth
operation.
 Look after & Responsible Rotatory machines operations(Pump)
 Performdaily routine operational activities to support the achievement of production target

Played a key role in troubleshooting and resolvingtechnical issues, minimizing downtime, and improvingoverall operational efficiency. Controlled parameters with the centred controlsystem, and assisted in the development and optimization of biofuel department.
