Records meeting minutes, and collects and files important contracts and documents.
Calculates daily delivery and fund collection. Verifies delivery records and accounts receivable with Finance Department at month end.

AL-Fatah Group (Gas & Electric Appliances Segment) is dealing in two Gas & Electronic Appliances brands i.e Corona and Rays. My primary Job is to manage our nationwide dealer network in terms of Products, Sales, Marketing, Ordering, delivery, cash recovery and to make new potential long term dealers.
My secondary task to to provide After Sales Services nationwide to our dealer network and also to our individual customers in a productive way.
Moreover, i am partly involved in production unit as per requirement to manage inventory and availability of our products as per the demand of Dealers.
Worked as Team Coordinator in Zong Pakistan. My task was to manage a team of 20 odd agents regarding adherence , quality , to ensure compliance over new parameters and SOPs that are helpful in business enhancement. and to get rid of all the hurdles that agents face in a hectic environment of a call centre.
i had started my professional career as Customer Services Officer in Zong Pakistan. It was totally a Virtual Services which includes Product Information, Complaint Handling, up selling ,cross selling .
