Job Overview:
As an Accounts| CR | BD | Strategic Project Manager, I'm responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing and implementing customer relationship management strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving strategic projects to achieve business objectives. I have work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain key customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing, payments, and collections
Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
Conduct regular analysis of customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Work with cross-functional teams to define, plan, and execute strategic projects that align with business objectives
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery
Prepare and present regular reports on project status, customer metrics, and other relevant data
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all customer touchpoints are consistent and aligned with the brand’s values
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and leverage them to improve business performance
