Enterprise Data Networks
•Configure and administration of Cisco Routers, Switches, Next Generation Firewalls ASA 5516-X with Firepower services and Fortinet Load balancer ADC 1500D.
•Configuring IKE v1/2 site-to-site and remote access VPNs.
•Managing auto failover of P2P network links and IPsec site-to-site VPNs connectivity with CMOs and financial institutions.
•Inbound and outbound traffic filtering by using route maps with Prefix-lists/ACLs, eliminating single point of failure by using HSRP and ensure next hop reachability by implementing IP SLA.
• Managing Primary and Disaster site corporate network infrastructure that truly meets the organization’s demand.
• Collaboration with stakeholders (CMOs) particularly for resolving network related issues, network changes, network enhancements on demand.
• Troubleshooting, rectification and administration of network queries internally as well as from all external stakeholders (CMOs).
• Using Nagios XI to monitor network infrastructure, generate regular periodic and on-demand reports on various aspects of network functionality and utilization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, particularly for overall network and related SoPs.
• Enforce and manage appropriate high availability and back-up/restoration capability.
• Disaster recovery administration from a networking point of view.
• Prepare and maintain a disaster recovery/business continuity plan for the network.
• Coordination with relevant vendors, Senior Manager, Director technical and will all members of technology department in regards to above responsibilities.

• Support mission-critical applications across different time zones — must be available to work on shift patterns where required.
• Collaborate with other support teams, Engineering and other internal GFI departments to help resolve critical product issues.
• Keep all the ongoing cases documented and up to date in the case management system.
• Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service orientated GFI image amongst internal and external customers.
