As (Assistant Manager Warehouse) ------ From June 2015 to Present.


Key Assignments:

• Assist to Manager Warehouse to enhance the performance and production of Warehouse.
• Lead the Production and Dispatch team to meet the targets of daily dispatch to over 250 Client in all over Pakistan.
• Coordinate with Production and Dispatch In charges to meet monthly production and dispatch targets.
• Getting touch and contact with marketing Dep’t to got the demand and targets of dispatches.
• Manage and maintain inventory both Physical and computerised in SAP inventory System.
• Coordinate with inventory dept to maintain Maximum and minimum stock level.
• Manage the warehouse to conduct monthly and annual audit.
• Review the final audit report and highlight the reduction and flaws and manage it according to instruction of Manager Warehouse.
• Review all documentation Like OGP, IGP, GRN Dispatch invoices etc.
• Manage the rotation of team members and establish discipline in dep’t.
• Review all report about Production dispatch and receiving from the subordinators and present to warehouse Manager.

• Lead the Dispatch team to meet the targets of daily dispatch to over 220 Client in all over Pakistan.
• Getting touch and contact with marketing Dep’t to got the demand and targets of dispatches.
• Receiving the stock return from party and manage to dispatch to other parties.
• Manage and maintain the stock Inventory.
• Manage the minimum and maximum stock level.
• Manage the rotation of team members and establish discipline in dep’t.
• Review all report about stock dispatch and receiving from the subordinator and present to warehouse Manager.

• Lead the Physical Audit of outlets and warehouses of company.
• Generate the initial report on physical Audit.
• Compile the data and generate a final report and present to relevant authority.
