In July 2022, I was promoted to the position of Sports Administrator and undertook the following responsibilitiesAs Sports Administrator, I managed inventory by facilitating the purchase of new equipment for both the general community at LUMS and SLUMS for sports events. I maintained detailed records in a register as well as an Excel sheet. Additionally, I handled financial matters for SWR, SLUMS (Sports at LUMS), and EMS (Emergency Medical Services), ensuring smooth financialoperations within these societies. I utilized SAP to raise purchase requests (PR) for department and societies, streamlining the procurement process. Furthermore, I coordinated with different departments such as purchase,marketing, and finance to ensure the efficient functioning of the sports department.
