-New Easypaisa Mobile Application: Govern all new features and CRs by practicing Agile Scrum Methodology. Also made sure that all new features and CRs on the Easypaisa app are delivered in time and are aligned with Marketing team for the promotion of new features in the app.

-Data Merging of Financial Dataset from Capital IQ and SNL: Merging of Financial Data from two different source to one unified target. Guided teams in development of Data Pipelines for data migration and merger.

-Enhance Performance of Data Pipeline for Peak Financial Earning Season: To enhance the already implemented mechanism of data insertion by standardizing information and improving the data quality. To accommodate peak financial earning season so that client does not face any downtime.

-AI and Automation of Client Support Emails: Introduce AI for responding the client support to reduce client support time and increase client satisfaction.

Achievements

-Got recognition of my work for completing it timely. (Internal Company’s Ace -Award)
-Automated manually entry system and was appreciated on it. It saved a lot of man hours to the organization.
-Initiated project to Introduce AI in Client support.
-Worked along with team members from different time zones and kept productivity high of the team

- My Telenor Android, iOS App & Official Web portal: Conducted QA testing and lead the UAT of all three platforms respectively for all three platforms.

-Easypaisa Merchant, Subscriber Android, iOS App & Web portal: Conducted QA testing and conducted UAT for both Merchant and Subscriber part of the app on all the platforms, namely Android, iOS and web portals.

- Etisalat Subscriber Website: Successfully completed QA of and handed over the project to client.

- Fatima Fertilizer Android Mobile App and Web portal: Successfully completed QA and handover the project to client.

- Mobilink internal System for Cooperate SIMs: Performed QA testing on Mobilink Internal Systems for Cooperate SIMS.

Working as Project Manager, managing complete project life cycle, planning Digital Marketing Strategy, also managing Software Quality Assurance and managing a complete team of developer and designers. Plan details of projects and define its scope. My task also includes delivering projects on time and communicate between developers and stakeholders.
