Job Responsibilities:

Verification and enrolment of BISP beneficiaries in the programme through an android application
Refer beneficiaries i.e. PBW to the medical doctors for authentication and anthropometry and ensure the compliance of required services as mentioned in the programme protocols
Ensuring compliance of the enrolled beneficiaries in the program through an android application.
Ensure that the required set up of enrolment and compliance desks at their health facilities are in place.
Liaise in a timely manner with the health facility staff engaged/involved to ensure maximum integration in the implementation package i.e. immunization, ANC/PNC etc.
Ensure that the eligible beneficiaries for registration are guided properly in order to efficiently avail the available services and related compliances linked with cash transfer and SNF distribution completed
Assist, coordinate and supervise activities related to the enrolment and compliance verification process.
Ensure to maintain referral mechanism established between community, FC and CMAM as per need.
Keep the active liaison with WFP district team.


Attend the meetings at the HF with the LHWs and other field staff,
maintain all the relevant record manually and equipped her/himself in programme protocols
Provide overall supervision and technical oversight at the FC and guide the staff and beneficiaries
Facilitate in preparing the monthly SNF supplies distribution plans and execute distribution as per caseload of BISP beneficiaries in the concerned health facility.
Ensure that the eligible beneficiaries for registration are guided properly in order to efficiently avail the available services and related compliances linked with cash transfer and SNF distribution completed.
Manage the stocks at the FC level, do the stock count on daily basis at close and opening of business
Ensure compliance of the record in system prior to the distribution of cash and SNF.
Ensure efficient referral of malnourished beneficiaries from registration counter to the CMAM sites.
Ensure recommended SNF management SOPs are displayed at all facilities and followed by other staff at health facility.
Ensure the proper entries in the relevant section in android app
Ensure the tablet are at safely placed, charges and internet connectivity is available.
Trained the other staff of the FC in the compliance and also should herself equipped with the anthropometric measurement, SBCCC session and registration of the beneficiaries and performed the duties whenever required.
Maintain the manual record of commodity movement and beneficiaries assisted
Facilitate the social organizers in the field activities whenever required.

 Data entry of MWRAs & family planning clients on daily basis.
 Ensure supply of FP and other medical goods to MWs.
 Identify Stakeholders/notables for advocacy training.
 Organization stakeholder sensitization sessions at community level.
 Develop follow mechanisms of stakeholder’s sessions.
 Organize and facilitate DO team for organizing health related events at district level.
 Support DFM for smoothly distribution of MWs stipends.
 Close coordination with district population welfare team.
 Maintain record keeping of FP and other medicine (in word & out work) at district level.
 To assist the community in obtaining information and knowledge that may be available through governmental and non-governmental agencies, through extension and outreach programs.
 To assist the community members in developing their own capacity and strength to the point where they no longer need the services of you the mobilizer.
 Performs related work as required.

• Community mobilization and coordination in project areas under project activities.
• Responsible for program introduction and mobilization of target group (adolescents and young girls and boys and community gate keepers) and organize groups in allotted areas.
• Responsible for ensuring that all community capacity building and awareness activities are carried out in the project areas according to the agreed time schedule in project areas
• Ensure efficient and effective implementation of Food Security, Livelihoods, Nutrition and WASH related interventions.
• Write regular weekly, monthly and adhoc reports (as per suggestion.
• Conduct awareness sessions on WASH, Nutrition, LSM and RWH.
• Mobilize community groups, sensitize and train them on specific topics as required, organize and facilitate meetings.
• Perform other duties as requested by the line supervisor

• Mobilize and sensitize the community on program activities and create Community Based Organizations (CBOs)
• Support the development of agreements and MoUs with community
• Mobilize community in effective use of facilities implemented by program
• Conduct hygiene promotion sessions in the field
• Record and report daily and weekly progress in general and specific developments in community behavior
• Assist the Project Manager in any of required tasks
• To mobilize the community on CMAM intervention.
• To conduct health and hygiene sessions to sensitize the community on healthy practices to implement them in their daily life.
• To outreach community and identify malnourished children and PLW’s and refer the identified cases to the OTP/SFP sites.
• To outreach community and identify malnourished children and PLW’s and refer the identified cases to the OTP/SFP sites.
• Any other task assigned by the Team leader

• Community mobilization and coordination in project areas under project activities.

• Responsible for ensuring that all community capacity building and awareness activities are carried out in the project areas according to the agreed time schedule in project areas
• Play a leading role in the formation and development of village/community organizations.
• Ensure that the formation and development of the community organizations following the principles of participatory development.
• Facilitate the community organizations in the identification and selection of project beneficiaries for Shelter/WASH and CFW interventions.
• Conduct baseline and field assessments with the community organizations.
• Facilitate linkages of the community organizations with each other as well as with the line departments and other service providers for training and capacity building purposes.
• Assist project engineers in supervision and management of Shelter/WASH and CFW interventions.
• Together with the villagers, identify and select the activists and assist them in performance of their duties.
