Job Description of Danish (Operation Support Store & Dyes & Chemical)

• Receive Operation Support Import & Local deliveries physically of store & chemical.
• To verify physical counting while receiving.
• Receive supplies in oracle EBS.
• Inspects supplies in oracle EBS.
• Inventories supplies in oracle EBS.
• Inform concern user regarding supplies for acceptance or rejection.
• Receive supplies in excel.
• Getting article code and mention on each item.
• Getting intimation of deliveries in oracle EBS.
• Located material location wise as entered in oracle EBS.
• Issue material physically.
• Issue material in oracle EBS cost center and machine wise.
• Issue material in Excel.
• Reconcile oracle EBS and excel consumption.
• Maintain Minimum and Maximum stock as assigned by seniors.
• Keep reconcile physical stock with oracle EBS on weekly basis.
• Preparing replacement gate passes.
• Preparing rejection gate passes in oracle EBS.
• Maintain proper filing of receiving, issuance.
• Maintain record of returned and rejected supplies.
• Forwarding delivery challans to accounts department for payment.
• Keep up to date to senior regarding stock position.
• Keep store as per standard of Audit department.
• Performed other duties assigned by seniors.
