Mr. Muneer Ahmed is a qualified and experienced sociologist having master’s degree with hands on experience in social development, social mobilization process, monitoring, evaluation, training delivery, rigorous field work and report writing. he works for poor and helpless communities of Pakistan for last 15 years. Mr. Korai worked in different NGOs/INGOs in different locations of Sindh, he has good hands on monitoring, implementation, administration, communication, negotiation and conflict management. He is impeccably confident, creative, very well versed with field work, data management, and data analysis with capability of handling administration, control, and management of staff and coordination with senior management. Mr. Muneer had a good command over local languages of Pakistan including Sindhi, Urdu, Siraiki and English.
Seek and gather information from management, employers, industries and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses by beneficiaries

Conduct primary and secondary research related to tapping demand-driven skills training opportunities for youth
Conduct field monitoring visits to sites (training institutes & businesses/industry) for periodic assessments of ongoing training programs including student attendance, performance, job progress etc.
Perform initial screening of private sector training institutes for identification/selection purposes
Facilitate social mobilization team to to develop their work plan
frequently conduct field visit to provide support to social mobilization team for field activities
Manage and support to team for the implementation of activities at the field level
To plan the project activities according to the DIP
Prepare action plan according to the project activities
