Responsible for processing of Account opening, maintenance, Cheque book, Term deposit, remittances, clearing, internal & on-line transfers and other general banking transactions within stipulated turnaround time, maintain database for reporting/record and assist OM in branch operations as per KBL policies and SBP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• To assist in implementation of credit administration structure and procedure within the bank through continuous interaction with the various divisions / departments / units / branches on an ongoing basis.
• To assist in development of standard loan documentation and to ensure its legal effectiveness & enforceability. In addition, ensure compliance of Banks and regulator's credit policies in term of disbursement of finance facilities.
• Ensure perfection of security/support documents and adherence to covenants/conditions of the credit approvals.
• To assist in identifying opportunities to increase efficiency / turnaround time.
• To assist Manager Credit Administration for arranging legal opinions, security perfection, arranging mortgages and redemptions, and completion of all pre and post disbursement formalities.
• To assist in handling all issues related to internal/external/SBP audit regarding credit administration issues and ensure that all required system support is in place as per best market practice for smooth operation.
• Any additional tasks assigned by the management relevant to Credit Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling and managing cash transactions including cash payments, cash receipts, petty cash management and revenue stamps.
• Responsible to work at the cash counter of the branch in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
• Handling of cheques and other negotiable instruments.
• Bank Vault room management.
Duties:
• Processing customer receipt and payments.
• Following bank procedures when performing transactions.
• Controlling and monitoring the levels of cash in the teller drawer and following all check cashing and cash handling procedures.
